OUR VISION
Our vision for Craigforth Campus seeks to deliver a viable and vibrant mixed use campus which creates a regional employment, leisure and residential destination at Craigforth. The site offers an exciting opportunity for expanding and enhancing upon the existing facilities to deliver a new active business campus with improved amenities, public realm and upgraded accessibility with additional employment opportunities for the wider community.
The vision is to create a sense of place that will open up access for all through the creation of a stunning new Campus set against the picturesque riverside backdrop and surrounding landscape.
The delivery of this vision is two-fold. Planning Permission in Principle is being sought for the mixed use redevelopment of the wider Craigforth Campus. Detailed planning permission is also being sought for the proposed purpose built office development on the northern site to allow the delivery of this office development to come forward in advance of the wider masterplan proposals.
